• We offer ‘no-questions asked’ return policy on ready made items e.g. hijabs, accessories and all RTW products.
(However we discourage returns without reasons. We expect the customer to empathise with the hard work our team puts into packing, dispatching and servicing an order.)

• We do not offer exchange or return on custom-made items e.g. Abayas, hijab niqab sets. Because these are cut and stitched after the order is placed, specifically for the said customer.

• If however there is a defect, or a problem with the sizing from our end for a custom-made product e.g. abaya, hijab niqab set, we exchange the product urgently.

• We deliver in maximum 10-15 working days unless specifically mentioned on the product like hand-embroidered abayas take longer, and RTW items such as our fleece hoodies, hijabs or accessories take 2-3 days only.
Our ideal delivery time currently is 7-10 working days for our regular products, Alhamdulilah.

• Incase of high customer dissastisfaction for whichever reason, we encourage a healthy discussion with the customer to solve the issue, because at the end of the day we strive to add value to your lives through our products and services.

• In case of returns, customer will have to bear the return cost, and refund will be made in 5 working days, after the product is received in the same condition as it was packed in: tags attached, unused and packed.
